Do you Test?

We test our product to ensure it exceeds 50mpa. CONC deliver the highest quality and product performance.

Will you make specific product?

Tendering for or pricing up a new job, then let us work with you to help you achieve the mould shape and MPA ratings for your specific engineered solution. We can then manufacture your order specifically to your specification, budget and time requirements.

Do you have a heath & safety policy?

The Health and Safety of our team is highly important. We didn’t need to wait for the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 to come along, as CONC had already developed sound guidelines, processes and training methods to put in place the necessary safeguards and prevent our staff from harm.

How strong are your concrete chairs?

There’s no point substituting concrete spacers for inferior equivalents. The manufactured compressive strength of our concrete spacers is no less than 50MPa. 50MPa is equivalent to 7551.89 PSI. 7551.89 PSI is equivalent to 530.95 kilograms per square centimeter. That’s approximately one concert grand piano of weight for every square centimeter of concrete. Good luck trying to achieve this with plastic.
